• You warrant that you have the right to access and extract data from your SAP systems

• You are responsible for configuring appropriate SAP authorizations and security settings

• We are not responsible for any SAP system issues not directly caused by CloudFeed

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use CloudFeed for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on CloudFeed

• Share your account access with third parties without our permission

• Exceed authorized SAP system access rights

• Input or upload any harmful content, including viruses or malicious code

• Attempt to bypass any Platform security measures

6. Data Privacy and Security

• Lost profits or business interruptions

• Loss of data or system availability

• Issues caused by SAP system configurations

• Damages resulting from unauthorized access

• Network or system failures

9. Service Level Agreement

Our service level agreement (SLA) includes:

• Support response times

• Data recovery procedures

• Maintenance window notifications

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms

• Non-payment of fees

• Unauthorized use of the Platform
